Invite Users

Start collaborating by inviting users to your Verblaze project. Team members can contribute to translations and help manage your localization workflow based on their assigned roles.

1. Access the Invite Menu

From your project dashboard, click on the "Project Settings" button in the top-right corner. In the dropdown menu that appears, select "Invite User" to open the invitation form.

2. Send User Invitation

In the invitation dialog, enter the user's email address and select their role. Choose the appropriate role based on the level of access they need.

Available User Roles

  • Owner:

    Full access to the project with the ability to make fundamental project changes and manage all settings

  • Editor:

    Can edit and manage translations within the project, but cannot modify project settings

  • Reader:

    Read-only access to view translations within the project, cannot make any modifications
